We craft limited edition Bordeaux styled wines from our estate grown grapes. Following fermentation, the wines are aged in the finest new and neutral French oak barrels in a cellar cooled to 57F for 18 months. After bottling, the wines rest in our temperature controlled warehouse for an additional 6 months before being released for your enjoyment.
