Our wine received the highest rating ( 5 Hearts) by The Red Wine Diet ( www.the-red-wine-diet.com/id1.html ). Dr Roger Corder of the University of London recently published his book by the same name. He has tested over 300 red wines from all over the world including Napa and only 1.5% earned 5 Hearts!

"This wine dances on your palate as Pan danced beneath the full moon's light, full of laughter, drunk on berries and daring the sun to come up in the morning. Refined in heritage, but rebellious in nature this blend softens with flavors of soft sage, dark berries and sweet anise.
